William B. May Management Company is a comprehensive residential real estate brokerage and management firm, managing assets valued in excess of $1.5 Billion with annual cumulative cash flow of approximating $50 Million per year. The portfolio of properties is exclusive to Manhattan and is luxury high-end co-ops and condominiums. We are licensed by the State of New York and are members of the Real Estate Board of New York. The firm was established in 1993. The company offers variations of full service management that can include all book keeping services, payroll and monthly financial reporting, budgeting and financial forecasting and planning. All administrative aspects of stock and deed transfers, financing, apartment subleasing and alterations are facilitated. Day to day expediting, coordination, communication and response to property, resident and ownership demands. Construction and repair dynamics and circumstances are responded to appropriately.

THE PRINCIPALS
The principals of the firm, Jeffrey and Craig Lamb, each have significant, technical and practical experience in the design, operation and construction of residential and commercial building systems. They have concentrated expertise in building operations, energy management, building repair and construction, related financing and human relations. They have purchased and developed properties.
Commencing in the late 1970's the principals founded and then took public one of the first independent automated temperature and energy control firms in the metropolitan area. Competitors included Honeywell and Johnson Controls. They engaged in many projects for major clients such as the Port of New York Authority, Fulton Street Seaport, Prudential Insurance Company, Fisher Brothers and the Minskoff Organization, Citibank and others. Their involvement grew to include mechanical, electrical and general contracting and property development. They patented energy control circuits and produced products that were sold nationwide. Jeff Lamb graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
THE STAFF
Property managers have extensive, hands-on real estate management experience. The management ratio is approximately 5-7 buildings per manager. The back office staff ratio is 8 buildings per person.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
The firm has managed major capital repairs and replacements, including the installation of new boilers and burners, air conditioning, electrical generators and electrical upgrades, extensive exterior and roof repairs, new sidewalks, new water tanks, plumbing riser replacements, hallway and lobby renovations.
